  • Must meet monthly spend down (if applicable)

  • Personally responsible for all costs

  • Tailor care for your needs

  • Minimum requirement depending on location

 

Everytime Home Care has both a Hennepin County and Ramsey County contract to service the following programs:

• Elderly Waiver

• CADI Waiver

• TBI Waiver

• CAC

• Alternative care

  • Authorization for all waivered services is required by your case worker
